A different kind of psychiatric visit

Care built around you,
not the clock

Time to actually be heard
Because this is a private practice, visits aren't squeezed into rushed insurance slots. Dr. Cardelli-Rosen takes the time to understand your history, your goals, and the full picture before making recommendations.
Accurate diagnosis comes first
Effective treatment depends on getting the diagnosis right. With doctoral-level training and 15+ years of clinical experience, she brings real diagnostic depth to every evaluation — not a five-minute checklist.
Thoughtful medication management
As an active prescriber, she manages psychiatric medications with care and precision — starting low, monitoring closely, and adjusting based on how you actually respond, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Private and discreet
A self-pay model means your care stays between you and your provider — no insurance company dictating your treatment or holding your records. In-person or secure telehealth, from wherever you feel most comfortable.
"
Good psychiatric care isn't about prescribing faster — it's about understanding more. When patients feel genuinely heard, everything else follows.

Good to know

Do you accept insurance?

This is a self-pay private practice. This model allows for longer, unhurried visits and complete privacy over your care and records. A detailed receipt can be provided on request if you'd like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement from your own insurer.

Are visits in person or online?

All care is provided in-person on a case-by-case basis or via secure telehealth, available to adults 18+ located anywhere in Florida.

What ages do you treat?

The practice serves adults age 18 and older. Care is not provided to children or adolescents at this time.

I'm a physician — how do I refer a patient?

Referring providers can reach out by phone or through the contact form. Dr. Cardelli-Rosen welcomes referrals for adult patients needing psychiatric evaluation and medication management, and is glad to coordinate care with you as the referring provider.

Do you provide therapy or counseling?

The practice focuses on psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management — but care here is more than medication management alone. Dr. Cardelli-Rosen brings together the roles of psychiatric provider, medical clinician, and life coach in one relationship, supporting the whole person rather than just a prescription. When dedicated talk therapy would be beneficial, she can recommend trusted therapists and works collaboratively alongside them.
